Kit Cutting
Our well established CNC ply cutting machine allows us to offer ply identification and generation, in order to produce manufacturing ease and repeatability. This paired with our specialised CAD team, are able to reproduce hand generated templates, utilise DXF CAD files, and accurately nest patterns to optimise material usage and reduce costs. |
Mechanical TestingWith in-house mechanical testing capabilities, we are able to produce and evaluate test specimens to meet your quality or regulatory requirements. Our bespoke testing lab are able to perform mechanical test such as, tensile, compression, bend, peel, and shear, on a wide variety of materials, to conform with ASTM, ISO, and other industry standards. |
